SAMA 25th Annual Trade Show Volunteer Team Registration

Join us in making SAMA’s 25th Annual South Central Texas Manufacturing Trade Show & Conference a success!

We have a variety of volunteer opportunities available May 5–7, 2026, including exhibitor set-up, social hour support, attendee registration, conference session monitoring (Main Hall & Workforce & Education Hub), robotics coordination, exhibitor lunch support, Kiolbassa booth support, floaters, and show breakdown.

Volunteer Shirts (Donated by Christine Muzzin w/Distinct Branding) and Volunteer Lanyards will be provided.

Whether you can serve a few hours a full shift or multiple shifts and days your help makes a huge difference. Thank you for being part of the team that brings this milestone event to life!
