ATTENDEE FEE

• $55 per person for SAMA members
• $65 per person for non-members. 

A late fee of $10 will be applied to each ticket, if purchased 5 days before the event.

Special Meal Requests - Please notify the SAMA office a week before the luncheon should you have a special dietary request; otherwise, if a request is made at the luncheon, there will be a $30 up charge above the regular luncheon fee and a wait of at least 20 mins.

$1,800 as a luncheon presenting sponsor you will be provided with the following opportunities.

• Opportunity to present to luncheon attendees
• 6 seats to the event, equaling one table
• Priority table seating at the event
• Table signage
• Verbal recognition during the opening and closing remarks of the event
• Logo recognition in all electronic communications*
• Logo placement on all printed materials*
• Logo recognition on event day

LUNCHEON TABLE SPONSOR - SAMA Member Exclusive

$750 for Members - as a luncheon table sponsor you will be provided with the following opportunities.

• 6 seats to the event, equaling one table
• Priority table seating at the event
• Table signage
• Verbal recognition during the opening and closing remarks of the event
• Logo recognition in all electronic communications*
• Logo placement on all printed materials*
• Logo recognition on event day​

Cancellations - Cancellation must be received in writing via email no more than three business days prior to the meeting date (April 2, 2026) or you will be billed for your no show. Substitutions are acceptable, but please notify the SAMA Office of your changes.
