This SIG will be presented by Larry Anderson, Senior Consultant with Carlberg Consulting Group and President of ResourceSyncing, a lean transformation organization. Larry has achieved Gold Level Lean Certification through the joint AME/SME/Shingo certification program and brings decades of experience as a lean practitioner, trainer, and consultant. He also serves as a Lead Assessor and Examiner Team Lead for both the AME Excellence Award and the Shingo Prize.
