Theory of Constraints: Improving Your Profit Generation Rate

Members are invited to participate in an interactive discussion on what is the most important aspect of our businesses, “Profit generation rate”.  The presenters will introduce how using the systems thinking along with the cause-and-effect logic embodied in Theory of Constraints, will help one to focus on the critical few issues that reduces profit achievement.

• Insights: Real examples from the presenter's experience highlighting the importance of ‘thinking outside the box’, taking human behavior into consideration and borrowing from other industries will be shared.
• Blended Approach:  TOC is a philosophy making use of enabling tools from various other tool kits as well as its own.
• Learning from Experience: Implementation has to incorporate a wholistic approach, from small to large companies.
• It is not the intent, rather the HOW that determines success.  We all know that continuous improvement is no longer debatable but a requirement for success.
