Theory of Constraints Flow Solutions:  Your Profit Generation Rate

Members are invited to participate in an interactive discussion on what is the most important aspect of our businesses, “Profit generation rate”.  The presenters will introduce how using the systems thinking along with the cause-and-effect logic embodied in Theory of Constraints, will help one to focus on the critical few issues that reduces profit achievement.

• Practical Solutions: Some of the logic behind the previously achieve solutions using TOC will be discussed.
• Case Study Insights:  In sights from the presenters experience highlighting the importance of ‘thinking outside the box’, ‘borrowing from other industries’ will be shared.
• Proven Tools:  TOC is an umbrella approach, a philosophy making use of enabling tools from various other tool kits as well as its own.
• Implementation Guidelines: Implementation has to incorporate a wholistic approach.  Understanding the “behind the process” reasoning is essential to the success of PDCA, DMAIC, MAIC or TOC’s 5 step model.
