SheManufactures™ is a confidential peer group community designed for women who are leading within manufacturing organizations or related industries. Members meet monthly to share experiences, discuss real business challenges, and support one another in building stronger companies and leadership capabilities.
The purpose of the group is simple: to create a trusted circle of leaders who can think strategically together, challenge each other constructively, and learn from collective experience.
Two Types of Groups:
SheManufactures™ may include different peer groups depending on leadership level and company role: Executive Leadership Peer Group – For owners, CEOs, presidents, and senior executives who are responsible for strategic leadership and organizational growth. Professional Leadership Peer Group – For leaders responsible for operations, plant leadership, engineering, sales or departmental leadership within manufacturing companies or related industries.
