After several years leading operations and supporting our clients’ improvement initiatives across the U.S. and Latin America, I’ve recently been entrusted with a broader responsibility as Sales & Client Relations Director for the Americas at Pragma Américas.
This new role doesn’t take me away from our clients — it strengthens my ability to stay connected, support them strategically, and help them improve performance through stronger integration between operations, technology, and reliability practices.
My foundation remains deeply operational: more than 25 years in Maintenance, Reliability, and Asset Management, working alongside plant teams to take better care of their assets, strengthen maintenance practices, and reduce downtime.
At Pragma Américas, we continue to transform asset management through consulting, technology, managed services, and training — all under our On Key EAM platform and the Diagnose–Stabilize–Optimize–Sustain–Excel framework.
I look forward to this new chapter, continuing to support our clients while expanding collaboration and impact across the Americas.
