Staci Clark is a Senior Risk Services Consultant based in San Antonio, Texas. In this role she services clients in elevating their safety culture and reducing business losses through assisting with program development, management level training and coaching, operational and regulatory compliance safety audits, accident investigations, and more. Assisting clients is her passion and she is always willing to help clients in their efforts to manage risk and improve safety culture.
Staci has over thirty-five years’ experience as a risk management/risk control consultant. She began her career in private industry with three manufacturing concerns, responsible for managing business risks and safety as part of her responsibilities in Human Resources Management. Staci developed a profound passion for the science of preventing workplace injuries and illnesses and honed her skills with risk management consulting positions in the insurance industry with carriers including C.E. Heath Compensation and Liability, Royal & Sun Alliance, Zenith, CRM | Majestic Capital Ltd., AmTrust, and Texas Mutual before joining HUB International.
Throughout her career, Staci has provided expert risk management/risk control consultation to a wide variety of industries that include manufacturing, construction, health care, agriculture, hospitality, auto dealerships, transportation, retail operations, oil and gas, municipalities, and non-profit organizations. As part of the CRM entity, Staci oversaw all risk services/risk control activity for the Vintners’ Independent Producers Self-Insured Program (VIPSIP) in California, as well as members of five additional self-insured programs. In her insurance related roles, Staci has assisted clients in honing their internal risk management culture and reducing business losses through program development, management training and coaching, operational safety audits and regulatory compliance, and conducting accident investigations.
