I’m a hands-on leader in the plastics industry with experience across distribution, fabrication, operations management, and CNC machining. My background includes customer-facing roles, technical problem-solving, and advanced manufacturing, giving me a full-picture perspective on how to lead teams and support customers effectively.

At Polymershapes Austin, I focus on building a high-performing, service-driven culture grounded in accountability, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement. We support Central Texas customers with in-house 3-axis CNC routers, 3-axis mills with 4-axis capability, and CNC lathe operations—enabling us to take projects from concept through repeatable, precision production. I believe in leading from the front: developing people, strengthening processes, and delivering solutions customers can trust.
